I work with foundations, NGOs, universities, multilateral organisations, and grassroots movements to improve how resources, knowledge, and power support social justice.

Funding strategy & philanthropy practice

I act as a critical friend to funders and intermediaries, supporting reflection and change in how resources are allocated. This includes strengthening equitable and accessible funding practices, contributing to strategy development, and facilitating dialogue between funders and grassroots actors.

Research, knowledge & systems change

I help institutions rethink how knowledge is generated, valued, and used. My work includes qualitative research, scoping reviews, designing participatory and accessible research processes, strategy development around learning and evidence use, and translating research into policy, practice, and funding conversations.

See my publications here.

Bridging movements and institutions

A core part of my work is relational. I convene and facilitate dialogue across differences in power, geography, and institutional culture, supporting grassroots actors to engage funding systems on more equitable terms and helping institutions build more accountable relationships.
